Week Four !

Well I can't believe it.  We actually did week 4!!  Well, we just did day 2.  It was a lot easier this time than the first run.  I did have a higher carb day today, I'm experimenting with my diet to see how it impacts my performance.  I also made sure I brought water this time, as I was starting to feel a little dehydrated and lightheaded on Sunday.  I can't believe I ran for 5 minutes.  TWICE!  That's just insane.  The first week the 90 second intervals were hard, and it's only week 4!  I like being able to see progress.  :D

Logan had an easier time too.  I have to remind him to focus on his breathing, and not going to fast - save his energy.  He did better tonight.  It's still hard (for both of us!) but it's getting easier.  I wonder when they start running a mile in school - he's going to do AWESOME!  I'm so proud of him, and I'm so proud of myself.

I may try to get to Yoga tomorrow night, we'll see.  I have a lot of school work to do - I re-enrolled to finish my Bachelors.  So excited - so many things going on.  And I will NOT use it as an excuse to fail, or slip up on my diet or exercise.  I WILL do this!  :D
