And goodbye walking!
Just finished C25K Week 6!
Day three had no walking intervals - only jogging. 22 minutes. Holy hell, I can run 22 minutes? Without stopping? When did this happen?? By my best estimates I went 1.9 miles, which puts me at about 11.5 minute mile. I'd like to improve to within the 10's, but I'm happy where it is, and will focus on improving endurance.
It started to get hard at the end, but I'm thinking the big meal I had for dinner might have had something to do with that. ooops. :) Been looking at the army 2 mile test as a gauge for how I'm doing, and at least I know I'd pass the test! Passing is at 23 minutes for 2 miles. phew!
Can't wait for school to be over. The stress is getting to me. But it's almost over!
Week 7 is all running, 25 minutes. Week 8 is 28, and Week 9 is 30 minutes. I totally can do this!
