Week 7 !!

I was wicked sore from yoga this weekend, so I took an extra day off from C25K.  I did the Week 7 Day 1 run tonight.  I can't believe I actually did it!  25 minutes of actual running - without stopping!  ok, once for 3 seconds so I could swallow some water :)  2.3 miles!!  It just amazes me.  7 weeks ago - 60 seconds was hard!  This wasn't even that bad.  Toward the end I was ready to be done, but I never felt like I was gonna die.  The playlist is super important!  I'm finding some great songs that work really well.  Looking forward to adding more :D

Now time to study!  Thank god I'm almost done with that too.  Stressed!
