Finally finished up week 7 tonight!
The last three minutes were pretty tough, but it seems like they usually are! :) I haven't run in almost a week. Between yoga, school and rainy weather, I hadn't been able to get out. Did pretty good. Getting in 2.25 miles in 25 minutes. Next workouts are 28 minutes., then 30. Six more workouts left!
Looking forward to training for the Disney ten miler - Tower of Terror 10 miler - next fall. Going to plan our trip around that so I can run in it :)
Still amazed I can run for more than 2 minutes!
