Halfway!

I can't believe I'm halfway there!  I really am starting to think I can actually do this!

Tonight I did W5D2.  This was two 8 minute jogging intervals with 5 minute walk in between.  It really wasn't that bad.  But I did start getting a little vertigo-y in the last minute of the second running interval.  I forgot to bring water with me.  And it was really humid.  My bad.  But I didn't quit.  I pushed myself and remembered that it wasn't too long ago that I felt that way the first time I did a five minute interval too.  So I know it will get easier.  Plus I know I did a long run the other day of like.. 15 minutes or something?  Excited but nervous about D3.  That's no walking intervals.  20 minutes of jogging.  Still working on a playlist!

I mapped it out and it ended up being 2.3 miles in 31 minutes.  I think that's pretty good, no?  All in, that's 13.5 minutes a mile.  Considering half was walking, I think that's pretty good!  Looking forward to seeing how far I can go (distance) in 20 minutes!  Need to work on a route though  :)

Actually, just looked ahead at the rest of the schedule.  Only two more workouts with walking intervals!  Say what????  wow!  :O  I can't believe how far I've come!  I hope I can get through Day 3 and put Week 5 to rest!
