Clashing with Week 5

I wasn't looking forward to week five.  I was tired, and cranky after a ... 'learning opportunity' with my 8 year old.  sigh.  I just wanted to lay on the couch and nap.  But, I didn't.  I got up, put on my sneakers and headed out the door.

This week I decided to try some Clash for my playlist.  GREAT choice.  It picked me up enough to get going and keep going.  And made it go by fairly quickly.  The intervals worked out perfectly with my route.  I ran pretty much the same block every time.  It was 5 minute jog / 3 minute walk x five.  So 15 minutes total.  Honestly, it wasn't THAT bad.  I just didn't have any ooomf.  Motivation.  Next one has some 8 minute jogging intervals.  That's a little intimidating!  lol

I feel good afterward, but I'm tired and I want to go to bed.  I have some school work to do, but I'm going to bed early tonight!
