Tonight we finished Week 2, Day 3. And it was tough.
Last weeks day 3 was tough too. But I think it's because I wasn't really hungry tonight for dinner, so I just had some cucumber and 2 slices of deli chicken. I do better when I have some coconut oil or a small apple with peanut butter. I may try the apple when I start week 3!
Logan did great though. He focused on his breathing, and he didn't really stop early once! So proud of my boy. Even though it was tough for me, I didn't quit and I kept going. My legs just felt really heavy.
Saturday I will go to yoga. Can't wait! Nervous about week 3 though. 3 whole minutes? yikes!
