I was planning on doing W2D1 on Monday, but was feeling motivated, so I went out tonight with my son. It actually wasn't that bad! 90 seconds of jogging, 2 minutes of walking. I like having someone with me. I can see how that is helpful. He wanted to stop a few times but I kept saying 'No, you can do it!' Even when I wanted to stop too. So it was like giving myself a pep talk.
Looking forward to day 2 :) I hope he continues to go with me.
